Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GetFastInvoice application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on anyone's rights, transmit spam, or send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.

GetFastInvoice offers an SMS invoicing feature that allows you to send invoice notifications to your clients via text message. Your use of the SMS invoicing feature is subject to the following additional terms:

• Express consent is required. You are solely responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from every client before sending them SMS invoice notifications through the Service. You must retain records of that consent and produce them on request.
• Opt-out language is mandatory. Every SMS you send through the Service must clearly include opt-out instructions (for example, "Reply STOP to opt out"), and you must honor opt-out requests immediately.
• Message and data rates. You must disclose to your clients that message and data rates may apply to messages they receive.
• Content restrictions. SMS invoicing may only be used for transactional invoice notifications tied to a specific service you provided to the recipient. Marketing, promotional, bulk, or unsolicited messages are strictly prohibited.
• Compliance with law. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state and international laws.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold GetFastInvoice harmless from any claim, penalty, or damages arising from your failure to obtain proper consent, honor opt-outs, or otherwise comply with SMS messaging laws.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the SMS invoicing obligations above.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetFastInvoice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
