This Privacy Policy explains how GetFastInvoice ("GetFastInvoice", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application and related services (the "Service").

• Account information: your name, business name, email address, and password.
• Client information you enter: your clients' names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses, along with any SMS consent flags and timestamps you record for those clients.
• Invoice content: line items, work notes, totals, and payment status you create in the Service.
• Usage and device information: log data such as IP address, browser, and interactions with the Service, used to operate and secure the app.

We do not share or sell mobile information (including phone numbers or SMS opt-in data) to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information you provide is used only to operate the Service you have requested — for example, delivering an invoice text message you initiate to a client for whom you have obtained express written consent.

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received through the Service. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you are the recipient of an invoice SMS and you no longer wish to receive messages, reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored immediately.

SMS opt-out instructions: Every invoice SMS sent through the Service includes the phrase "Reply STOP to opt out." Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP to get help. STOP requests are processed by our SMS provider and honored on all future messages.

We share phone numbers and message content only with our SMS delivery provider (currently Twilio) strictly as required to send the messages you request, and with law enforcement or regulators when we are legally required to do so.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To send transactional emails and SMS messages you initiate.
• To process payments for your subscription.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and payment processing) under contracts that restrict their use of your data, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and update the "Last updated" date above.
